Booking Information

Once you have confirmed availability, we will send you a booking form and ask that you return it and wire 1/2 the total rent to our account in France. (For long stays, we will develop a payment schedule together.) The balance plus cleaning fees are due 9 weeks in advance of your arrival. If the reservation is made less than 9 weeks before your arrival, payment in full is required.

Upon receipt of the booking form and verification of your deposit, we will send you written confirmation. This will indicate the cost of the accommodation and the cost of any additional services requested less the initial deposit. Payment in full (also wired to the above account) must be received 9 (NINE) weeks prior to your arrival at the property. If not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

NOTE: We require a fully refundable security/damage deposit of 500 euros for all stays. This is due with the final payment.

Supplementary Charges

We supply complimentary move-in supplies, i.e.: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and one bottle of propane for the kitchen stovetop. Replacement propane bottles are available at the gas station on the way out of town toward Brignoles. Please take the empty one to trade in so you don’t have to pay a deposit. The changeover is very simple as demonstrated here in this YouTube video.

• Telephone – local calls are included. You will need your own calling card for others. WhatsApp, Skype and other Internet services work well for international calling.
• Move-out final cleaning fee: €185 + €22/person/linen laundry (this includes a count of yourselves and your guests).
• During stay, cleaning service (4 hr.) plus linen laundry service is available: fee of €100 + €22/person/linen laundry (this includes a count of yourselves and your guests).
• Monthly cleaning (required in addition final cleaning for stays longer than one month) fee: €100 + €22/person/linen laundry (this includes a count of yourselves and your guests).
• Cleaning and linen laundry services need to be booked in advance along with your nightly stay reservation.
• Linen laundry service noted above includes: bed sheets, bath & hand towels, washcloths, kitchen tea towels and cloth napkins.
